A complete set of forms for parent and child to
read and fill out. Please return the forms to the NBCC
church office between the hours of 10:30 AM and 4:30PM
Tues-Fri. along with the transportation fee of $35.00
per child unless you are nominated s "Top Student."

All families must produce proof of age for each child.
